Get to know your BERNINA!
These classes are offered to new owners of BERNINA sewing machines, embroidery machines, sergers, and embroidery software. Learn the amazing features and be able to utilize the full enjoyment of your BERNINA.
Machine Mastery Class:
Class One: covers the basic operation of the sewing machine. We will explain correct threads and needles to use and proper cleaning and maintenance. We will explain machine setup for straight, zigzag, and utility stitches such as the overcast and blind hem stitches. The ease of making a buttonhole is shown.
Class Two: covers the quilting stitches and features of your machine, covering tips on free motion quilting.
Class Three: covers the operation of the memory buttons. Learn how easy it is to do appliqué with your new machine.
Class Four: covers the embroidery features and module. We will discuss using the correct stabilizer and proper hooping. Demonstration on software that comes with the machine.
(Note: Aurora 430. 440, and 450 owners: if you have a laptop, it is recommended you bring it to class with the software loaded.)
